Can someone tell me what heartburn feels like?

I am getting some awful pains in my chest these last few hours that seems to travel between my chest and upper abdomen a bit.. I have no idea what it is. I am 32 weeks and have never had heart burn so I'm not sure if this is it or if something else is happening... I have burped a few times which I never do. Sorry if this is a really stupid question 😂

Just an acidic burning feeling in your chest and ,sometimes, your throat. It can make you burp more. Sometimes you'll feel the acid rising in your throat and into your mouth.

Lying on your right side is the worst position for heartburn because your stomach is higher than your esophagus on your right side. Try to avoid that side, especially if you already have heartburn.

Not a stupid question! Heart burn feels like you swallowed a hot sauce/acid cocktail and on the verge of throwing it up. Try taking some Tums or a swig of apple cider vinegar. If it's heartburn, that should take care of it!
