How do you all wash your underwear?

I'm trying to find out the best way to wash underwear because I know hot water kills bacteria which is important, but cold water helps hold the shape and prevent stretching

I wash everything except rags and towels in cold

I only own dark clothes-- underwear and all so cold water

Depends on the washer. I'll put them in a washer bag in multiple loads in a basic washer. Once with their color family in a better one.
