Confused? 😟

So lately I've been waking up around 3am in the morning for the last few weeks. Recently started after I got the nexplanon put in. I was on the pill prior. Every time around 3ish I have the urge to go pee. Little or hardly any comes out. Also tending to have the urge to pee throughout the day but hardly anything comes out. No like burning or smell, just the urge to push pee out. Ha sorry lol. Anyone else have any side effects like this? I have a check up on the 15th since I'm having surgery next month. Just thought I'd see if anyone else struggles with this too. Thanks in advance :)
