cabbage to dry up milk?

So I brought a head of cabbage and I'm wondering what do I have to do with it to dry up my milk supply. Online I've came across different things to do .

Just place on breast inside bra. And let it work its magic.

You will need to freeze the cabbage and then place a leaf on each breast. Keep switching them out and your milk should dry up within 2 days or so.
