8 month sleep regression/sleep issues. About to break down crying myself!!!

Isa
It's official, my wonderfully self soothing sleep trained baby has turned into an exhausted 8 month old! She can no longer fall asleep on her own, and ever since she discovered her newfound talent of sitting and standing, she cannot be laid down in her crib awake/semi awake because she will sit up or stand up and cry nonstop.
Nap time and bedtime is a 2 hour routine now. It involved lots of squirming, fidgeting, kicking, crying, rolling, distractions (during the middle of the day) and all around aggression and exhaustion at this point.
I'm at my whits end, I cannot put my child down to sleep without a fight (this is week 4 of this) I've tried the cry it out, rocking her, holding her, feeding her, changing her, a soothie, a pitch black room, no sounds, no lights, I even tried co sleeping because I was desperate. For the past two hours she has been rolling around my bed and in her crib trying to get into a comfortable sleep position. She's rubbing her eyes, crying, kicking and all around miserable. I don't know what's causing this but I'm about to break down into tears. I am literally at the point where I dread her nap time and her bedtime. They literally the worst part of our day and I get anxiety when I know it's getting close to her bedtime or her nap time.
