worst period pains ever

I'm nauseous my head hurts my food heavy and i feel like I'm nas Elia back there too help please girls. I just took medicine for my headache and boiling tea for tummy I feel like I'm dying I was just crying an hour ago because I was depressed af too. Idkwtd i haven't had a bad period like this in a year
