Baby Bump too big??

So I'm 15+3 and everyone I've talked to says I'm huge for only 15 weeks. This is my second my pregnancy but we lost our first at 12 weeks. I am normally around 123lb woman and very petite. I haven't gained any weight yet with this pregnancy. I'm pretty proud of my bump considering this is the farthest I've made it in a pregnancy. Everyone thinks I'm having twins but have already had 4 ultrasounds and there's definitely only one. What's everyone's else's bumps looking like  at 15/16 weeks?
