Blister?

so i just found a random bump on my groin area. it's not rare for me to get an ingrown hair or pimple down there so i figured that's what it was. i looked st it and it looked purple like a bruise? i popped it and blood shot out. nothing but blood is coming out. it's definitely possible i pinched it on my panties at work or something and it's a really sensitive area. i'm gonna message my obgyn but i was wondering if anyone else had an issue like this. it doesn't hurt or anything either. just there. :-)
