BFP with no symptoms?

Has anyone ever gotten a BFP without any symptoms. No IB no spotting... no sore boobs...no increased appetite....no frequent urination... I've had High bbt everyday ranging from 89 to 99 which is odd... really wet CM and mild cramps from two weeks...and tooth aches... now im 3 days late. Havent tested yet. Just really tired these last two days even though I've slept plenty.
