Baby's head is still high...

It's only 3 days left for my due date and in my last cervix check last week I've been told I'm 50% effaced but I don't know how much dilated because Dr wouldn't tell me 🤔 He did tell me my baby's head is still high. Tomorrow I have an appointment to see if there's some progress. Any suggestion to help her head gets down? I try to walk but I get tired very quicky 😓 I know all you guys are doing to start labor. I just want to know if there's anything in particular to help me with her head before going into labor. Thanks! We're so close!!
