probably just hormones talking but seriously, am i the only one fed up with explaining my 'wishes' to people that will instantly shit on them?

if i tell you i don't want pain meds if i can help it BE SUPPORTIVE please don't proceed to tell me I'll never make it or explain how much pain you experienced while giving birth after your epidural stopped working.

if i get asked after labor if i ended up making it unmedicated and i end up feeling like less than a women because of our talk, you can fuck off because all that really matters in the end is that mom and baby are alive and healthy.

can i just get my medal for growing an adorable human now and we can stop with all the questions and scare tactics? goodness 😥
