Just need a little help

Soo I'm only 14... but when I was younger (about 11) I was molested and after that I became very auto sexual for say.. I'm not very sexual with other people, like yea I've kissed people but I've never let it go too far.. but after all that I started to be sexual with myself and i don't know, is there something wrong with that? but really I'm just looking for someone to talk to and just be cool and casual with.. (something about me.. I'm 14, I identify as pansexual, and yea I don't really know what to do lol)
