My now ex boyfriend was sent to boot camp yesterday morning. He said we will keep in as close contact as we can. I know my expectations should be super low for any contact during his bootcamp training. But have any of you gone or know someone who has been through it recently? Did you get any contact during the training at all? I've looked on websites but most just give a weekly plan on studying and training, not really any contact. I want to write or contact him some way I just don't know what is allowed and I wouldn't want to get him in any trouble. Any information is extremely helpful. We were together over a year and only ended because he couldn't promise me a relationship during that time because of the little amount of contact he didn't want me hurting that way.
