Positive after MC on 10/03/16

I had a MC last month, I was about 5 weeks pregnant.Today Glow told me to take a pregnancy test and this is what I got. I don't know what to think! Is it possible to get pregnant again so soon. My doctor had said that this cycle would be different and that I might not even ovulate
