When is your doctor checking for dilation?

Hi ladies! I'm due Nov. 24th, yay thanksgiving baby! I went in for my almost 37 weeks appointment and they wouldn't check to see if I was dilated. No biggie, I don't feel like I've dropped or I'm anywhere near delivery so I don't mind, haha. Just curious when your doctor's started checking for you? 😊
