Hello moms, I was wondering how long it took you to get your waist size back after birth? I was 22.5 inches before, now at 8 days later I am 27 inches. My waist was always my favorite part of my body so I'm getting nervous maybe it won't go back, but I know I still have time, not sure if I should be doing exercises to get it back or if it'll just shrink on my own. I know it was from baby being under my ribs because in the 3rd trimester they killed me, and at night if I sleep on my right side (which is the side she always hurt) I wake up in serious pain
