BC and the pill

If I'm on BC, should I even be taking plan b? I took a pill late, don't know if I swallowed my pill the next day, and a guy came inside me. I'm on week 3 of my pills so not sure what to do. I've also been having some cramping but I normally get cramps the week b4 my period, any advice would help!
