dreams/nexplanon?

Anybody else have very vivid dreams & wake up still tired? For the past couple of months my dreams are so live inside of my mind, I'm almost always inside of a video game shooting, driving, or on a airplane. I eventually know I'm dreaming but it's so annoying. Just last night & this morning I had excessive dreaming, I was on a mini plane with my auntie as the pilot, we kept flying to different places back in time. I even remember going to the Indian war🙄 it felt like that one dream lasted from the time I went to sleep until the time I woke up. Yesterday mornings dream had something to do with me being diagnosed with lung cancer, I remember coughing up blood clots excessively in that dream. While I was waking up in real life it's like I could actually feel & see the doctors running test on me. I guess I'm just wondering if anybody else experiencing vivid dreaming that makes you exhausted no matter how much sleep you think you've got & could it be due to nexplanon?
