nervous about delivery next month

As my due date is getting close, I'm getting so scared and nervous that how will I handle everything with no help. I have 15month old daughter, so handling a newborn and 15month old without any help is making me feel depressed. Doctor said mostly I will have csection due to some complications and I had csection with my daughter too. Any idea of how can things work out for me.
