Menstrual cup!!!!
Does anyone else use a menstrual cup? Or does anyone have any advice for me. I'm thinking about using one but I don't think it will work for me. My flow is very heavy and I do get big blood clots from time to time. Just wanting some advice of it would be good for me or not. Thanks in advance.
