anyone paint their crib?

I really want to paint my crib, I've done a lot of research on the kind of paint to use and not to use but is it really worth it? I have yet to find someone I I know who's actually done it.

I just painted mine, I bought it second hand, it was black, I painted it a cream color, it was mostly a pain in the butt putting on enough layers to cover up there black to white

Use a good primer and you won't need 8 coats to cover it.. give it a light sanding to alow the paint to Ad hear and I say go for it!! Have fun!!

I would use Annie Sloan paint for a crib she has non toxic stuff that's safe to use. I would never use spray paint! So many toxins.
