ovulation tests CD #5 through #9. Why are they getting lighter? I did the first test on the last day of my period and that's the darkest... Am I doing it wrong? HELP!

Every woman is different for ovulation. Some ovulate right on time, some early, and some late. It's possible that you ovulated right after your period. You already have a shorter period so that's one possibility.  It's also possible that you might ovulate later. For example, I ovulated 4 days after glow had suggested I would. If I were you, I would continue testing this cycle and see if the same thing happens next cycle as well, then you'll have a better indication if this is a pattern or just a one month thing. Also, don't use your FMU because the LH typically shows later in the day. Best time to test is between 11am and 6pm. Hope this helps

Hi! I'm new on here and have only done opk's for a month, but I found mine fluctuating if I had more liquids or if I could/couldn't hold me pee for the full four hours. Are you limiting liquids before the test?

LH goes up and down throughout your cycle and peak right before ovulation. How long is your cycle? Cd5 is early to start.
