Eczema!

Hi ladies! I have a question. Are some babies just going to develop eczema no matter what? My two older kids have eczema and for a while now we've been doing our best to have everything natural and organic. Noah is my 3rd and he's 5.5 months old, we thought we were doing well to try to prevent it but today I noticed a small patch of skin around his elbow that looks just like eczema! ugh He's EBF, could it be my diet?
