so literally just now i got this really sharp and intense pain in the front of my belly from just below my boobs to my belly button ish (that's where it felt i was on my side) and it was going all the way down kinda central but more left side of me than right and it lasted for like 30 seconds or so, i laid on my back and it's come back not as bad but still there the exact sam pains n place and this ones been here for a few minutes now. i dunno what to do im proper scared and everything i feel like crying omg
