Does it really help maintain and help implant ??

I've read this. But also too much is bad too I think. I'm trying it the natural way this cycle by eating foods high in certain minerals throughout my cycle like extra that I normally would. I take prenatals too but I'm not going to start taking extra supplements of B6 or whatever. Like I'm eating a lot of almonds this week since they're high in Vit E which is good for the follicular phase so I've read. I just googled what foods to eat during cycle to help conceive. 
Strawberries and broccoli is high in Vit C I think. Good luck! ✨
