Help mucus plug

Ladies soooooo today when I was in the shower i say something that look like toilet paper. I didn't think nothing of it until I got out of the shower i was like that has never happened I'm 32 weeks today I called the ob and he told me just to keep checking for fluids and contraction any suggestions
