I heard that people throw out their underwear if they get blood on them but I've never thrown a pair out because the blood comes out using this process
Pour hydrogen peroxide all over the blood front and back and rinse in the sink in cold water and repeat until the stain is starting to go away and then soak them once more in hydrogen peroxide and throw them in the washing machine on cold with laundry detergent and they should be as good as new
