HELP!! 3 hour old test!!

Ok so I took an FRER this morning and after 3 mins showed negative so binned it and went back to bed. Just took it out the trash and this is what I got!!!!!! I know it's not reliable but has this ever happened to anyone else? I've took many of these tests before and never ever have I managed to get an evap, I even saved a test from 3 months ago and it's still stark white. You can't see the colour very well in the picture but it's definitely a pink line!
