Is chamomile tea safe during pregnancy? My friend told me to stay away from the tea. Now she got me nervous I have 2-3 cups a day before bedtime. It helps me sleep at night. My doctor won't open until later. I Google and it has yes or no. Can someone please help me. Thank you
