I just started charting this month and have no idea what it all means. I got negative opks yesterday.

You can't predict ovulation with temping, just confirm it happened. So, realistically, you have confirmation of ovulation until you have three days of higher temps than the previous six.

Take an OPK test today, too. I relied much more heavily on OPKs and cervical mucus than on temps, although I did temp every morning. The temps helped confirm that I was ovulating when I had EWCM and a positive ovulation test. Hope that helps! Baby dust! ✨
