Just stop trying...

I have heard a lot of people say that if you try to hard you won't concieve. I have also heard that once you stop ttc that it will happen when you least expect it. I want your opinion ladies....do you believe this? If so....how in the heck are you suppose to stop trying???? I have thought about doing this before but in the back of my mind I will "always be trying"!!! What to do? Patience is not my strong point lol😊
