How many times a week do you eat fast food?

My boyfriend usually cooks but I can't even tell him that the food he makes isn't that good, in my opinion, but it is healthy. So I try to eat what he makes me but almost every morning I contemplate getting Mcdonalds, and sometimes I do 😋😭
