"Get yo [partner] some chocolate!"
So after my boyfriend showed me this fabulous Key and Peele sketch, "Menstration Orientation", it's become a running joke every cycle that he immediately asks if he "needs to get his b**ch some chocolate" or if I need him to pick up some "space dynamite" on the way home.
Last night, he asked and I told him, "No, I'm okay. I think I'm just going to head to bed early." And when I woke up this morning, I had a slice of chocolate cake waiting for me in the fridge. Definitely made for a great start to my day despite the cramping! Does anyone else have a boyfriend, girlfriend or spouse who does the same for you?
