Idk how anyone does it without any help. Yesterday was my first day without help. LO is cluster-feeding and poops every feeding. He has diaper rash, so I wash/wipe with warm water and let him air dry. I have to pump when I can. I eat when I can.
I had poop and pee on me most of the day, and was able to at least get two loads of laundry somewhat finished. Shower and shave? Better yet, brush my teeth? I don't know the meaning of those things lol
