labor soon?

Question

I woke up this am feeling really sick. Very nauseous and have had diarrhea twice(tmi sorry🙈) this am. I'm exactly 38 weeks today. I just don't feel myself this morning. I feel like I don't want to eat and I could just sleep the day away...possible oncoming labor? I know everyone is different, just want some opinions.

I felt like this on multiple occasions in the weeks before my water broke, but the day my water broke I woke up feeling different, I knew it was coming. My belly was rock solid all day like eating the biggest meal of my life, felt super full and lots of pressure down below, went to go to bed at 10pm that night, stood up and felt the gush. I don't know how but my mind and body just knew it was going to happen, I had spent 10 minutes before that sitting on the toilet waiting for it lol go figure it happened after I got up fml :P

I'm 38+1 and have been that way since Monday. Contractions are getting stronger but still irregular! As of yesterday, dilated almost 2, cervix is softening some but not effacing yet. I'm hoping for labor this weekend!

I am 38 weeks today too! And at this point I'll take anything as a sign lol. My last two were born at 38.5 weeks so hopefully just a few more days for me but I honestly don't feel like he's coming any time soon. My husband and I tried sex and I immediately started contracting but didn't dilate any further so I was sent home and haven't had any more contractions since. So I guess little man is nice and cozy. If you feel like you should go in, go! It never hurts
