Pregnancy?

So I got this white discharge which looks absolutelly normal but it smells like milk. Honestly, like milk. I made a pregnancy test one month after the first intercourse and it was negative but 2 months later I still have the milk smell on the discharge. Didn't have it before having my first time sex. Am i pregnant? My period is also late but it probably could be because I'm having an ovarian cold down there.
