Exhausted.. unsure.. alone

Feeling like I have no idea what I'm doing. I have no help day or night, barely eat or sleep. I force myself not to sit here and cry all day. I'm at a loss as far as how to function properly.. this is further compounded by the fact that I live with family and no one seems to care. My son is beautiful and I am thankful for him. Just wish I had some help =(
