breast pumps?

Everyone is different , and I was so set on madela but now I've been seeing nothing but great things about spectra.
So what's you ladies preference ?:)

My mom was a labor and delivery nurse for 25 years and she has the highest lactation certification you can get and now for the last 13 has run her hospital's lactation program and they have a new parent resource center for maternal child education where they also rent and sell breast pumps and other lactation supplies. She swears by Medela as the best pump out there so her program only rents and sells that brand and that is what I am going to get.

I loved my medela with my daughter. My only suggestion is to get JUST the pump. I got the Medela that was like a travelling system & totally regret it!! The pump is stuck in the bag, so if I wanted to pump, I had to take the whole bag with me. If you just buy the basic pump, you can store it in a bigger bag if you want. So much more practical!!

I've had two medela pumps and loved them! I will be trying to get another

My sister is giving me her medela....so ill probably try to get the spectra through insurance just to have two different kinds in case I don't like one or the other.

I'm going to go with the spectra for sure. I just can't decide between  the S1 and s2.
