Cold or Allergies

Hi everyone

I need some advice. Baby girl is 7 months old and has been very fussy for the past 2 days. This morning her eyes have been really watery tearing up. Seems like her nose is bothering her she rubs it really hard and holds her breath. Nose running and a cough sneeze fit usually when she sleeps. I thought it was a cold but her eyes are really watery.

Any suggestions
