I haven't ever thought about it until my friend mentioned she gives her child vitamins in a liquid form! I'm feeling stressed that I should have been doing it but never been told too?! Please help 😥

Talk to your child's pediatrician just because she does it doesn't mean she got the clear from a doctor

I give my 2 year old and 4 year old vitamins . I would talk to your Pediatrition to see what they think .

Here in the U.K. The doctors won't give you any vitamins unless they have a deficiency in 1 because they should be getting all their vitamins from their diet, you can buy over the counter chewy 1s for kids but like I said they should be getting them from their diet, I'd question what your friend is feeding their child if they need vitamins via a tablet or medicine. X
