contractions 36+1

So I been having contractions since 11:30am this morning. some are strong but nothing that Has me in tears but there and some are light. It's hard to time them when I think there not strong enough for it to count as a contraction. This is my third baby and I've never gone to 40 weeks. First born 38 and second 37. I'm just here and don't know what to do, do I cally doctor or just wait till there strong where I can't take it 🤔🤔 help what would you ladies do?
