Miscarriage question

So I started bleeding on Saturday 10/29 when am 8 weeks with our first IVF baby.Till yesterday the bleeding is fine with one or two clots. Today 11/3 I have passed lot of clots and lost blood almost like 1 liter in 3 hours. I kinda passed out for like 1 min on the toilet seat itself (TMI).Also threw up the coffee&food I had this morning. Is this how miscarriages happen normally or should I be worried?? Am sorry if you lost your angel and answering me 😔😔It's horrible and nobody should go through it
