Cramping 4dpo

I usually experience cramping the day of and the day after ovulation.. Occurring to opk I ovulated between Oct 30th-nov 1st.. I've had mild intermittent cramping since the 31st worse on the 1st and again today.. It feels like menstrual cramps but af isn't due for another 2weeks.. with my last pregnancy I had cramping 12DPO the next day I got my bfp but it unfortunately ended in a miscarriage... we have been TTC so we had intercourse around the time I ovulated so now I am really nervous.. I know they say you don't feel any symptoms until implantation which doesn't occur till the earliest 7dpo but with my first pregnancy I knew I was pregnant 4dpo with really bad nausea
