We were super lucky to have success our first cycle trying. I used Easy@home ovulation predictor strips from Amazon paired with PreSeed. We had sex every day of my fertile window and I stayed in bed for 30 minutes after BD with a pillow under my bum. I stopped the pill three months before we started trying and used those three months to get to know my cycles by bbt charting with the Wink thermometer and checking CM. Here's hoping this baby sticks!
