Announcing pregnancy to a friend struggling with infertility

A close friend and I are both TTC. She and her husband have been trying for almost a year and my husband and I have been trying for 2 months. Neither of us are pregnant, but I have been thinking about how one of us would tell the other if we got pregnant. I know we would love to share in each other's happiness, but how can would we announce while still being sensitive to the other's feelings?
