Help! 11dpo bleeding red and brown enough to need a tampon and smallllllll clots

When i do cramp its mostly in lower back, and low low pelvic area lower than period cramps and super bad nausea and sore boobs. Taken at 5pm checked within 4 mins very very VERY faint naked eye but had to tweak it to tell with a photo
