contractions for days
I've had contractions about 10-20 minutes apart now for four days. They are very painful. I don't seem to be progressing to shorter times between contractions. Idk what to do it's making me more anxious for labor and the pain is very difficult to deal with. Has anyone else dealt with the same? Any advice? I'm losing it.
