Ttc month 2

About to head into month 2 of ttc baby #1. He has now been on clomid for 3 months for low t. I have been told I might have pcos but not to use opks. Is there any advice anyone could give me on how to make this an easier month on ttc. Trying to be positive but having a hard time. Also should i try bbt???
