Can you wear a tampon to bed to sleep all night?

You should consider a menstrual cup. They are made out of medical grade silicon so they can stay in for 12 hours with no risk of TSS. I have been using mine for almost a year and I will never go back to tampons. I have had no leakage from it at night either.

I used to wear tampons to bed all the time. I would just wake up after 8 hours and change it. Toxic shock syndrome is pretty rare, but can happen. If you bleed very heavily then you can wear a pad as well for extra coverage.

You really shouldn't they only suggest wearing a tampon for 4 hours, not only is that gross and unsanitary it's really bad for your body... Get the super big nighttime maxi pads those bitches will soak up the nile River!!  It's not exactly comfy but I'd rather use those then send my body into toxic shock or get an infection from being an idiot and wearing a tampon way longer then you should

Sleeping for 8 hours, yes.
More than that, no. I would recommend a menstual cup! I got mine for about $10 on Amazon and it's the best thing ever. No more spending money on pads and tampons, and they can withstand a heavy flow for longer than an hour unlike disposables.
