So yesterday i got a call for my obgyn becuase i had to go for my annual birth control check up. I took my urine test as usual and she called and said I tested positive for Chlamydia. (I went and got the one time antibiotics for me and my boyfriend today) So what really got me is that we have been together for almost two years, i had a urine test last year and didnt come back positive, and yes we were havin sex then too. So i really dont know where I got it from. Because i couldnt have got it from him because he wasnt positive last year but now i am this year? So does that mean he was cheating on me? Or did I just get it just because? Is that even possible? Ive talked to him and he says that he hasnt cheated on me but where else would it have come from? Please help me i dont know what else to do. Ive done tons of research but none of it says if it can lay dormant in a male and then have it transmitted to me just whenever. I just dont know what to do.
